We want you to feel empowered and confident in your Honey Birdette pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return process for items in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items including hosiery and adhesive products cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging with all luxury tags attached and include the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
